Hello, After an update of debian unstable udev was updated to version 0.090-4. >From then on /dev/input/wacom was not made anymore Although I had a udev rule defined. After some research I saw that the rule was not correct for this version of udev. And udev was intolerant with wrong udev rules. This is the old rule (also on the linux wacom website) KERNEL="event*", SYSFS{idVendor}="056a", NAME="input/%k", SYMLINK="input/wacom%e" And it should be this rule KERNEL=="event*", SYSFS{idVendor}=="056a", NAME="input/%k", SYMLINK="input/wacom%e" There should be a different between the identification and the assingment keys. see http://reactivated.net/writing_udev_rules.html#basics Could this be changed in the documentation? grt, -- Johnny Geling Bye bye |
