I haven't followed this thread, but the message "ProcXCloseDevice to close or not ?" comes from the companion program "xsetwacom". So it seems that _somewhere_ in your start of X (or after) your are setting the tablet mapping area to totally bogus values... Don't map if you don't understand how to map ;-) Myself I have trouble remembering what those coordinates mean, and I promptly forget it immediately after understanding and making use of them... > Has anyone any ideas at all?
