The new package has the following features and fixes:
1. New functions and options of xsetwacom. Use 'xsetwacom -h' to see details. (Thanks go to Andrew Zabolotny)
2. On-the-fly change of tablet orentation (Credit goes to Denis Auroux etc.)
3. Support USB hot plug/unplug with different tablets without relaunch X or changing VT (for XFree86).

This doesn't work properly all the time for X.org as far as our testing tell. Final decision as to include this code into
linuxwacom or not will be made with 0.7.6 after considering feedbacks from users.
