In 0.7.5-2 only the chunks pertaining to xf86Wacom.h aligns with the quoted patch-set (ie, is implemented). wcmCommon.c has changed too much for this patch to apply, but none of the chunks have been "fixed". I can of course not comment on the applicability of the suggested changes...
