Exactly: I don't want to move the cursor outside of the Window. With the Gimp, under preferences, one can select whether one wants to map the tablet to the drawing area or to the entire screen. Mapping it to the drawing area *does* not require changes to the X server's setup. We want to create an application where the tablett is mapped to a specific area, just as it's possible with the Gimp.
