Hi everybody, I just wanted to get some focus again on the IRC channel Roey Katz opened last year: irc://irc.freenode.net/#linuxwacom We hadn't had much, but some users there asking questions. Sadly we had tops three users replying. Not to mention that there were no developers at all since the channel started.
I don't know if there is any reason the devs don't come in or link to the channel at all. Perhaps they want it all archived as it is with the mailinglist, but an IRC channel could be logged to by a bot. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to replace the list with the channel and I don't want to force anybody, I just think it might be a good extension for support. I think nobody posted something on the dev-list at all which might be a reason too they don even know about the channel. Hope I get some replies to that.
