Thank you. I need a bit of advice on continuing this patch. 1) I believe that MultiTouch needs to be made into a new device, alongside stylus, cursor, pad and eraser. Do you agree? I actually don't know what the "pad" device is supposed to be, so it may be appropriate to take that for MultiTouch input.
2) The calibration of MultiTouch input is different from the general calibration of the screen. Obviously this needs to be added as an option for the X configuration file. Can you give me a pointer to what file to add it to? 3) XRANDR rotation works fine for other input, but I haven't made it work for MultiTouch ... you wouldn't happen to have any clue of why this may be happening? The actual input from the device does not rotate when XRANDR rotates.
