I presently have a 4x6 Intuos 3 tablet, and a 1680x1050 screen. I defined the BottomX and BottomY options to be respectively 1680 and 1050, but I see that in fact they are 25400 and 20320. I tried to change BottomX using xsetwacom, and the result was that the position was sticked to some vertical place on the screen.
Thus it is clear that I don't understand the true meaning of these options, which seem to use another coordinate system than the pixel position on the screen. Moreover, I cannot move the cursor lower than 32 pixels from the bottom of the screen. This is the same with the stylus and eraser. On the contrary, a vertical strip one inch wide is unused on the right part of the tablet, as if my tablet was a 4x5 model. I'm on a Debian Sid system, with a 2.6.18 kernel. The linuxwacom version is 0.7.6-4. The tablet model is correctly recognized, as demonstrated by the output of wacdump. -- Olivier Lecarme ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
