The TopX/Y and BottomX/Y values are used for limiting the area on the tablet 
(in the tablet's coordinate system) that is mapped on the screen. So if you'd 
like to make sure that the right 10% of the tablet would be treated as the 
right edge of the screen BottomX would have been set to 22860 (or 
thereabouts). It is not possible to define an area on the screen where the 
wacom tool is mapped.

Hope this clarify things a bit.

I think that I'd like to see your X-configuration and the output from the 
X-server before I can make an attempt to give you an answer on this one.. 
Could you post relevant sections of these?
