I can confirm that, in Ubuntu Feisty the scrollbar is inverted. I also compiled version 0.7.7 from sources, and installed both wacom.ko and wacom_drv.so; it's still inverted. I dunno what can be the problem, maybe the xorg version? Feisty cames with xorg 7.2
