I've been through this kind of ordeal with AOL recently. I wrote to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] informing them that mail is accepted for delivery
by their servers but never delivered (with no bounces or anything).

No answer.

I've sent a public letter to [EMAIL PROTECTED] on this matter.

No answer.

The former head postmaster of AOL has contacted current members of the
postmaster staff on our behalf, in an attempt to establish a direct
contact between me and a knowledgeable person there.

No answer.

Eventually, after a long time, one of our subscribers forwarded us
a reply she had received from one of the people on the postmaster
staff:

>I'll need more information in order to investigate this. You'd probably be
>best served by having the listowner contact us at [EMAIL PROTECTED] with
>the servers that connect to AOL to deliver list mail, the sender address
>for the list, and any other information the owner thinks we might need.
>We'll get to work on it and see what' sup as soon as we can.

I did this (sent them them hostnames of the servers and described how
our envelope senders look like) and it appears that the mail is getting
though now.
