If nobody does it, I don't think I need to worry about not doing it
either. The only place I can find where it's potentially a problem is
X.400, and even that's not necessarily a problem.
I agree it'd be nice to, say, default to case insensitivity and turn
that on on a by-domain basis if I run into problems, but until I
actually run into problems, I wonder why I'd spend the time coding
that in....
