Don't be.  Whatever else may be said of ORBS, one thing is very clear
at the moment: Alan Brown does not understand how internet routing
works.  The "nefarious" effects he mentions on that page have been
explained over and over and over again, and he still insists on seeing
a conspiracy where there is none.

Above.net asked ORBS to stop scanning their networks.  ORBS refused.
Above.net in turn refused to carry ORBS' traffic.  It's as simple as
that.  Everything else follows from the harsh reality that abovenet is
frickin' huge, and just about everybody's traffic transits them at one
point or another.  A classic case of getting into a pissing match with
a man holding a firehose.
