That's fine. If people don't want to use threading (although I think
that's quite strange) that's their choice. All the mailers that I'm
familiar with that do threading (alright, so that's just mutt) even make
it optional. But, that doesn't mean that the information necessary
shouldn't be provided so that people who do want to have messages
threaded also have the choice.
