I'm doing this as an outside contract, so I don't have access to the servers and they would just rather have an outside company handle everything (they certainly have the money to!). I'll check out Lyris, and David, I'll try to give you a ring later today. If anyone knows of any others like postmastergeneral and lyris please share!

If you have sufficient bandwidth, why not do it in-house?
It's pretty simple to set up if you have an SMTP server (You got IIS? You
got an SMTP server) and CFFILE... (just don't use cfmail). :)
