PayPal is an extremely limited system.. something like $500 total transaction
limit. It's really design for C2B, not B2C or B2B.
BillPoint is just a bill payment system.
If you really wanna do it right, get a merchant account, go through something
like Cybercash, etc.
Alternately, you might want to take a look at iBill: very high rates, but
little work needed to implement.
