I have an application requiring small, infrequent charge amounts that would
fit under Paypal's limits. Paypal's fee structure, <3%, is also good for
this application. Is this a place where Paypal would fit, or should I look
at one of the larger guys also. The question might be whether anyone has
heard of problems with Paypal.
