I believe the system time is the computer OS itself, not the
server. But I may be wrong on this.

have a CF Application server (4.0). When you look at the servers clock it shows
the correct time (the clock was actually an hour behind, it did not
automatically adjust for DST on Sunday, we manually adjusted). However, when you
do this ; #TimeFormat(NOW())#, we are seeing the time one hour
behind.
Why is
it that the system clock would show one time and CF would show another? I
thought that CF got its time from the system clock? Do we need to stop and start
the CF services? This is a production machine and it takes an act of congress to
make this happen.
