You’re right; everyday probably isn’t necessary.  I’m just trying to ensure that it isn’t missed.  I typically send the notification out each day for the week leading up to the event.  I feel that our meetings are one of the most important facets of the User Group, and want to make sure that everyone knows about it.   As far as the format is concerned, let me know (as D. Jeremy Ridout, of the American College of Emergency Physicians, will cover some of the changes in CFMX.  This will provide a good overview of the differences between CF 5 and CFMX.  There's quite a bit that has changed, and there's even some added functionality that wasn't possible in CF before! Billy Cravens, independent consultant, will discuss one of the biggest additions to CF ever: ColdFusion components.  CFC's are very similar to custom tags, but far more powerful.  They give you the capability to write distributed, object-oriented code.  This makes for a powerful addition to CF that you definitely don't want to miss!
