I've had this same exact problem & can't figure it out. Mine only happens after a person has registered at the site & a promo popup comes up offering them something. It's right at the top of either the popup page or the redirected page in the parent window.
Is this similar to what happens to you? For a quick example of what i'm talking about, go to www.blackamericaweb.com and register. It's free & we won't ever send you anything if you don't select that you want it, so for testing purposes go for it.
