I used the new Flash MX loadvars parameter and objects in my chat room so that it would be compatible with previous versiosn of CF (I think I've got one person running it on 4.01 even oddly enough), and have never gotten around to writing a Flash Remoting version for MX. Thanks for the presentation Clint, it was very informative. Also, thanks to Karen for the Dreamweaver presentation. I know Pablo's looked into Dreamweaver and tried to use it a few times and been stuck on how different it is from CF Studio. I still haven't really tried to migrate away from CF Studio 4.5.2 except for a brief stint with jEdit which I abandoned in spite of it being really well conceived for general UI flakeyness. I guess that's what tends to happen with open source Java projects. And a brief stint with CF Studio 5 which I abandoned as a result of a bug which causes files to be saved to the wrong local folder if you use ctrl+s to save them. I hit ctrl+s so frequently that I often don't even realize when I'm doing it, so it was just too dangerous to me to be potentially overwriting files, etc... so I had to go back to 4.5.2. Apparently it's a really obscure bug and I'm just one of the very few folks who've noticed and been affected by it.
