All, I was going to pick up a few new CF books off amazon, and am curious if you have any thoughts on these:   -          SQL Queries for mere mortals (Michael Hernandez) -          SQL in a Nutshell (Kevin Kline) -          Hack Proofing CF (Steve Casco) -          Discovering Fusebox 3 w/ CF (Hal Helms) -          Optimizing CF 5 (Chris Cortes) -          Discovering CFCs (Hal Helms)   Bought them? Like them?   I’m also interested in a good intermediate skill level “best practices” book.
