I have entered a request in Orbit for The Planet to contact me about
this and I would encourage anyone else hosting there to do the same. All
hosts/facilities are going to have troubles policing
terrorist/porn/spam... put in place by their customers, but what is
unacceptable that this article shows is The Planet's management's apathy
evident in statements like this:

"...but said in telephone conversations that the company simply does not
have the ability to police for Islamic extremist material among the 1.5
million web sites and 20,000 customers."

That is a cop-out and is unsatisfactory to me, as a customer and I hope
it will be to any of you who do business with them also. There are ways
of sniffing these things out. Even if you miss them here or there,
there's absolutely no excuse for having them still up and running a week
after you've been notified of their existence.
