I use MailEnable on my dedicated server and it's really nice,
particularly for free.

The only thing I wish it had that it doesn't is webmail capabilities,
but you can get their next level up for $220 I think that adds some
nice features.  I'm surprised at how well this one works for free
though and it's been extremely stable since I've been using it.
