I use mailenable with a few hundred people on it. The mail server part is
fine. However, the webmail is full of bugs. I fixed a few as it is written
in ASP, but the problem is the COM objects it calls to do folders, for
instance, is the thing with the bugs.

>From the demo, they fixed a lot of the problems with their webmail in the
new enterprise version, but I'm sure it just has a new set of bugs since the
professional version has never been fixed in over a year since I've been
running it.

My clients keep complaining about the web version of the mail server, but
I've used iMail's and Mdaemon's and they all have bugs. The only one that
works 1/2 way descent is outlook webmail, but it's to expensive to use
outside my company as you need exchange server.

If you find a good solid webmail program let me know.

I use MailEnable on my dedicated server and it's really nice, particularly
for free.

The only thing I wish it had that it doesn't is webmail capabilities, but
you can get their next level up for $220 I think that adds some nice
features. I'm surprised at how well this one works for free though and it's
been extremely stable since I've been using it.
