Sorry for misunderstanding you =). As the last poster said you could probably accomplish this by shipping your app with some compiled java classes, which contain some of the core logic of the application. That way if they do "comment out" the use of those objects, they lose significant functionality .. you could probably even build it to just flat out break without those objects fairly easily, depending on the nature of your app.
