The above url brings yall (great, thanks Caroline) to the FAQ the wonderful DEA recently released regarding the RAVE Act which responds to some of the objections the Drug Policy Alliance has brought up. These issues involve the narrowing of the guidelines that the DEA claims they will use to enforce, but the Drug Policy Alliance awaits more formal amendments to the laws. D.
