There is one important note regarding epic4-1.1.1's release today. epic4-1.1.1 includes traditional ircII translation table support (ie, /set translation) but does NOT include digraphs. Translation table support was removed for EPIC4pre0.009, and several people have asked me to put it back and so I have done so.
Translation tables are available as a separate tarball on the EPIC ftp site. They are not and will not be shipped with the client. If you are a package maintainer, you may wish to fetch the translation tables separately. They go in the $IRCLIB directory, or to wherever the user does /set TRANSLATION to.
