I originally sent this to Knghtbrd directly, but I thought about it a bit
more, and figured I should probably tell everybody.

First, I've almost finished a script replacement for the client's built-in
/help command that, among other things, lets HELP_PATH contain a colon-
separated list of directories to search and integrates the "man"
functionality.

While currently a part of Light, it has been written as a stand-alone
module with no Light dependencies, with the aim of eventually contributing
it to the EPIC project. Light is covered by the Artistic license, but as
the sole author of the code, I have no problems in contributing it to the
EPIC project under the BSD license's terms.

I've also got most of a conforming XML 1.0 parser, similarly written in
EPIC script. It shouldn't take much to make it a genuine, flexible XML-1.0
parser, even supporting embedded DTDs. It's also entirely my own code, and
the same licensing situation applies.

Thoughts? Comments? Flames? ;)
