A new version of EPIC4 2.0 (VMS Edition) is now available. Download and
installation instructions for this and previous releases, as well as other
information, may be found at:

This release includes the following changes from the previous release,
1.2.0 PR #9:
- Update to current upstream version.
- No other changes.
