It's definitely in the movie, when the AEUG is launching suits for
the attack on Jaburo. The low framerate and cycling animation in
that scene makes me think it must've been taken from the series
though.
From the guy's tone (from my Kanji interpretation) I think so too,
he seems to implying that having the movie version allow him to prove
this scene exists [from the TV version]. Let me dig out the TV series
and check.....
