Really?  The brief write-up on Electronic Boutique's website makes it sound as 
if there's at least the pretence of a moral issue involved (which seems to be a 
requirement in nearly every Japanese console RPG these days - with the rather 
noteable exception of Dragon Quest VIII, the game that came free with the FFXII 
demo :P ).

In any event, I'll probably swing by the EB and/or Gamestop at the nearby mall 
tonight and see if they have it in stock.
