I wander into this: apparently a form of lucky draw prize. A laser rendered part of a 1/400 figure that goes with a 3-figure 1/400 set.

Better yet, you could mold another model of the Bandai model itself,
and mold a model of that, and before you know it, you can work with
nanotechnology. =D
