[gundam] More Turn A Questions

Has anyone else noticed how quickly characters in Turn A fall in love with each other?  Fran Doll meets Joseph Yot in episode 24 and by Episode 25 he tells her he wants to marry her.  Gavin Gooney and Sochie meet for the first time in Episode 14.  He never shows any attraction to her until suddenly proposing marriage in Episode 23.  I can accept their romance a little more since they know each other longer and Gavin isn't a main character onscreen a lot so his attraction could've started off screen.  But with Fran and Joseph it just seems to come out of nowhere.  Was there something in the water??   Is the FLAT's "vibration attack" an I-Field effect or are there vibration mechanisms in the FLAT?
