Well, I couldn't find anything in the Gundam Officials encyclopedia, Gundam Century, or the Entertainment Bibles, but there is one book set that has about the closest thing to a map that I've seen. It's a blow-apart internal mecha parts listing for the White Base. It comes from the 機動戦士ガンダム記録全集 (Mobile Suit Gundam Record Collection) books that were published back in 1980 (I think). Other than that, it just has the lineart from all the spots on White Base that appeared in the series... I've never seen a map of WB myself if everything that I have...
