One of the nice things I found about it was that the main thruster bells
in the side wings had ball joints.
Another great feature about it is that the connector to the right
shoulder for the bazooka is much better than the MG's and can properly
position the bazooka into firing mode.
Also, the head design isn't just to make it meaner - from the looks of
it, the redesigned head allows for better positioning of the bazooka
itself...
