A couple of items...   First, we see the Chinese pair in the elevator when the guy reports that Allelujah has decided to go on an unauthorized rescue mission.  When he approaches his partner, he does so by making a couple of short hops implying that he's in low gravity (since he's hopping to move instead of walking or running).  So either there was an effect on the other blocks that we couldn't see very well, or they were in a section of the elevator that naturally had less gravity (not sure if that's possible, though - wouldn't the gravity effect be based on how many rotations the section makes over a period of time, and not on how fast you're moving in actual distance?  If so, then the assumption would have to be that the other blocks WERE affected by the accident.).   Second, it appeared to me that Soma was pretty much comatose after Sergei restrained her.  She may have been conscious, but she wasn't in any position to do anything while she recovered.  So sending an order to have her retrieved was pretty much the only thing that Sergei could do, imo.  And that's even if Sergei was willing to try and use her after she went berserk.     junior ---------[ Received Mail Content ]---------- Subject : Re: [gundam] Episode 5 Spoilers! Also, when the ring broke up the torque from the breakup might have sent the section going in any of a number of different directions. It all depends on when the section finally broke free, and how it broke free. *snipped from another e-mail message - also by Chris*   Actually, the chance of two suits being that much better than one are pretty insignificant. Either Sergei can do something to help, or he can't. If he can't, Soma wouldn't make much difference (and if she's unstable you sure as hell don't want her along).
