This seems to be a short sided and defeatist answer on its face.
Hopefully during the review period which is required under government rules
regarding such filings of protest, one can than devise a plan to make some
specific changes that are more broadly beneficial.

Processes like these (Class actions suits) easily take on a life of their
own in many if not most cases. The only real question is whether it is
worth the effort and the money to seek this kind of potential legal
solution....
