You are right Adam, some things never change.
I was removed over a discrepancy in $38 of billing out of over $10,000 of
billing in the billing period. The error was discovered to be the fault of the
billing service approximately 4 hours after the other two members of TJNS
initiated their takeover of the resources. As a result of their lack of
ability to document any real wrong doings, the administrative contact initiated
action to remove TJNS as technical contact of the TLD.
But in some countries' governments, money speaks louder than truth. It appears
TJNS will get to keep their domain with the tacit approval of someone in the
Ministry of Communication.
This despite the real concerns that were raised by myself and others involved
over the registrations of names in third level registries that were reserved
for free use by residents and organizations in Tajikistan.
But the story won't end here.
Tajik Telecomm and some of the emergent ISPs are preparing to object to this
arrangement this spring, after the IP networks are completed, and they are
ready to assume control themselves. It will be interesting to see what TJNS
does then, as it was one of the founding principles that the .TJ NIC be
returned to Tajikistan as soon as the network was up. (It should be noted that
I have indicated to the emergent ISPs that I will make myself available to them
should they require any feedback from me or technical or administrative data
regarding TJNS and the .TJ operations in their future actions.).
Want to bet they contest it then also?
Now that the current day to day conflict regarding TJ is drawing to and end,
I will be taking legal action against TJNS, so this will be the last public
comment on make on this subject. Anyone wanting more information can email me
privately.
The truth is always a bit more interesting than the fictions JW spews out.
And he always tries to spew this topic out after I have sent an email out about
his lies (such as the one I commented on earlier where he told me I would be
contacted by the FBI and NSA within 24 hours as a result of a private
correspondence). It is lies like this in private correspondence that led me to
configure a block on personal email from JW at the server level.
Jeff likes to talk a big game (and he normally does it fairly well) but you can
only tell a web of lies for so long before they come crashing in on you
(especially when the lies are built on more lies which are built on more
lies)...
The truth is out there Jeff. And it will set us all free.
