The necessity of ICANN taking on the appearance of
widespread participation to it's sanitization of
the Net mandate is paramount and critical. They
are fighting to appear like a de facto World
Government when if fact they are merely a well
disguised and partial attempt by certain companies
to monopolize the Internet at it's centre. In
order to suceed the appearances of democracy must
be secured even if it paper thin.

To in any way participate in ICANN procedings is to
validate and make more possible this unacceptable goal.
Even in opposition by participating one gives credance
to what is a fundamentally illegitimate process. ICANN
is *not* in any way shape or form an International
Government body. That body lies nascent and distant.
ICANN is false, limited and ill concieved. We cannot
have anything to do with it just like we cannot provide
any impetus (positive or negative) to WIPO, ITU or
any of the other participants in this conspiracy.

 Boycott the lot!
