I find this discussion very interesting. I am a value added kind of guy for
my clients (isp), if left alone. I've been lurking for awhile on these mail
lists, but when netsol snaked one of my clients I realize that I am
involved. I have registered four domain names with netsol, and they have
been happy to take my money. I have registered us-domain.net; .com; ,org.
There obviously is an existing .us domain which I have a lot of respect for
them. Tell me: A'm I am a counterfeiter? If so, why did they not
register those names: I have TM copyright in process like these lawyers
that you love so much advised??
