I believe that http://www.eu.org lists a few commercial providers of DNS, and I
also think such a list is posted at http://www.dns.net/dnsrd/  somewhere.

I have found about 5 services in the past, and a couple of them were so easy
that if you understood just the basis of how dns works, you could manage your
dns easily with them.
