Oh yes with Joe Simms and Mike Roberts help with DNSO.ORG's ongoing
fiasco of course. And it that this particular action has taken place with
DNSO.ORG and members of the ICANN "Initial" and Interim board along with
your legal council, you must admit that that is abit "ODD", and I will leave it
at that.

Yes, and one of the biggest mistakes that the ICANN has made. HOWEVER
it is now becoming clearer as to WHY they did not include an Individual
Membership Organization in the Bylaws. Does "Centralized Authority" come
to mind. If it does, doesn't that very idea stand in stark contrast to the
White Paper in terms of "Bottom-up" stakeholder determined structure?
Well, we think it does.... Your mileage may vary though....

And as it cannot be decided by individuals as part of an Individual Membership
Organization, we believe that the ICANN is acting outside of the requirements
of the White Paper, as stated above, on several counts.

Of course the ICANN Board has made no "Decisions", but it certainly has, by
it's allowance and action of Joe Simms and Mike Roberts to work with
DNSO.ORG, the preference it has. Others mileage may vary....
