Well Bill, Ellen being a writer, editor, and supposed publisher(?)
what would you expect. Fiction seems to be her forte lately. That
aside however, it is pretty much excepted by many that the legal
community (Certainly not you Bill), as well as much of the judicial
branch are still playing catch-up ball when it comes to the internet
in general, not to mention DNS in particular. And the Trademark
lobby is even farther behind. WIPO's current rants, ooops, proposal
I mean is just one glaring example. It is self contridictory in several places
from what I have read thus far.
