Take a look at the recent European Parliament ruling on caching as a violation of
copyright.

The term "re-engineering" has developed a widely accepted business
connotation.Ever heard of "re-engineering the corporation"? It means reorganizing
businesses processes, of which technology is only one part. You are correct to
point out that in some sense this is a metaphor. But you do nothing to undermine
the essential validity of the point.
