I also remember Esther mention during her keynote speech on Friday that
companies or organisation would be allowed to waiver from this $100k
requirments if you can prove yourself, ie been in the business of domain
registeration for certain period of time. Of course, how and when will
the waiver be awarded was not discuss.
However, we must remember the registrar system was relatively new and we
should give them some amount of time to work out the details.
