  This if fine as stated, however it is not a wavier that has any meaning
for obvious reasons of course.  I hope that it is not necessary for me
to point them our individually.  Therefore I find this proposed wavier
nearly worthless...

Those details should have been well spelled out from the beginning as the
devil is in the details after all...

  No I personally did not attend.  Our representative, Brian Hollingsworth did

however attend.
