Not all or even the majority of the discussions or debate have centered
around business and speech issues. Much discussion as we all know has
centered around operational issues and a potential for "Decentralizing
of the ROOT and Registries", pardon the pun...

Again good point here Dave. Hence it is becoming clearer that the
need of a decentralization of the Root structure may be a preferred
method of approach as others have pointed out.
