Esther and all,
Well than you are using "Executive sessions" and a misnomer for
Board meetings and "Board Meetings" as a misnomer for something
else entirely. This seems deceitful and an attempt to be exclusionary
or that there are some decisions that the ICANN "Initial" and Interim
Board is or are making that are or should be known to all stakeholders.
to do otherwise is disingenuous and in direct violation of the White Paper,
with respect to Openness, transparency, and accountability. And
Esther you should know this!!!!
This is NOT a method of engendering trust Esther!
ALL meetings that the ICANN "Initial" and interim Board
have as a group should be open to the public, as stated in the bylaws,
and the minuets published.
