Chuck, I tried to explain this to someone on the INET list yesterday
and even gave them an example regarding if USA.NET was registered.
They just didn't GET IT! Go figure...
It might be helpful for you to cc some of your responses to the
INET list in order to help some folks understand a bit better. Just
a suggestion though.... >;)
